Osaka—an ideal training camp location -
Osaka is a major Japanese city, home to a population of approximately 8.8 million and attracting more than 7 million foreign tourists a year.
Since ancient times, Osaka has been a bustling international hub of people, goods, and cultures. Today, it welcomes visitors from around the world through its gateway of Kansai International Airport.
Osaka is a regular site of international competitions in sports such as track and field, swimming, tennis, and cycling. At the Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan, a number of games were played in Higashiosaka at Hanazono Rugby Stadium, known as the mecca of Japanese rugby.
